Yoga Alliance Approved Curriculum
Students graduate with a solid base of the most commonly used 50 basic asanas or postures. We breakdown safe asana practice and sequencing with Anatomy and Physiology integrated into the class discussion. Weekend workshops provide over 100 Hours in Techniques, Training and Practice in asana, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodologies and ethics, Mindfulness in Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Nada Yoga and Mantra Japa.
The last month of the program offers practicum workshops that give over 25 hours of practice teaching experience in asana, pranayama, meditation, Mindfulness, Bhakti Yoga, Nada Yoga and Mantra Japa.

365 Well Yoga Instructor School
365 Well Yoga Instructor School is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (YARYS) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Founded by School Director and Lead Trainer, Alana Grier E-RYT® 200, YACEP to provide interested students of Yoga and teachers of Yoga with a supportive space to individualize their practice and deepen their understanding of Yoga.
365 Well Yoga Instructor School is unique in that it is focussed on Raja Yoga, Nada Yoga and around 50 basic asana. The goal is to produce Yoga Instructors who are confident in their understanding of Yoga and their ability to instruct Yoga including: Asana, Pranayama, Raja, 8 Limbs, Mantra, Nada and Meditation. During the course of 12 weeks we are consistently developing and building on our understanding and practice of this system of Yoga. This program offers a well rounded knowledge base for the Yoga practitioners and instructors to develop a life long practice.
Lead Trainer: Alana Grier, LMT, E-RYT, CPC, ChT.
Alana Grier began her studies in Eastern Medicine and Meditation in 1987 at the New England Shiatsu Center in Boston where she also studied Qigong with Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. She has been a dancer and Yoga practitioner for nearly 30 years and enjoys sharing movement with children and adults both therapeutically and as a Personal Trainer. She is a graduate of the Career Ladder Nursing Program at Kauai Community College in 2006 and has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1989.
1989 Alana fell deeply into her Asana Yoga practice studying Iyengar Yoga daily at the Silent Dance Center on Oahu, Hawaii. As a Licensed Massage Therapist she needed a physical and spiritual practice to rebalance after so much giving.
Today as an Integrative Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Alana uses Mindfulness and Yoga as tools to find balance with what life brings. Alana has been teaching stress management/mindfulness and Yoga for 15 years. She has been a core teacher for the UNM-Taos 200 Hour Yoga Instructor Program and Holistic Health Program since 2013. Alana is a songwriter, vocalist, and bass player. Her first vocal coach studied Hindustani classical voice India and Alana attended her first Kirtan at age 17. Music has been an integral part of her spiritual practice ever since. She is happy to be launching the 200 Hour Dhvani Yoga Instructor Program with a focus on Nada Yoga, using sound and music to bring healing and balance.

Rusty Hari Heck E-RYT 200 RYT 500 YACEP
Rusty is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 YACEP with Yoga Alliance. He trained and was initiated by Sri Yogi Hari in the Sampoorna Yoga Ashram of Miramar Florida and is a devotee of Sri Yogi Hari. He is a teacher and administrator at YAMO (Yoga and Mindfulness Outreach), taking Sadhana into the prison system; a teacher at One Yoga Foundation ( formerly Free Yoga Foundation ) and an Associate of Ananda Marga Worldwide.
Rusty has been a professional Bassist for over 40 years. He’s backed up artists as diverse as KC & the Sunshine band to Julio Iglesias. For the past 11 years Rusty has taught string instrument method for grades K-12 at the Pine Crest School of Boca Raton, Florida. Rusty and his wife live part time in Hallandale Beach, Florida and part time Taos. They’ve been part time Taos residents for over 20 years and presently reside in El Prado every summer.
Julie K. Staples, Ph.D.

Julie Staples received a doctorate in Cell and Molecular Biology at St. Louis University. She is the Research Director at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. Her research includes studies with world-wide populations on the benefits of yoga and mind-body medicine. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Georgetown University School of Medicine where she teaches the science of yoga and meditation in the Complementary and Alternative Medicine graduate program.
She has been a certified Kundalini yoga teacher since 1996. Dr. Staples specializes in individual work with people on a healing journey to help them overcome the anxiety that is often experienced when dealing with health issues. She is the author of the Yoga chapter in the textbook Fundamentals of Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Her new book Reclaiming Life After Trauma will be released in Spring 2018.
Alana Lee, Owner of High Frequency Loft
Alana Lee began her journey in movement at the age of 3 with dance which then evolved into gymnastic, diving, cheerleading & partner acrobatics. Alana took her first yoga class at the age of twelve. Then after completing her competitive collegiate career at the University of Central Florida, she returned to yoga because she realized she needed to move her body for the rest of her life but in a mindful way. Through yoga she was able to overcome many challenges that she had faced in her athletic career & learned to connect to herself & love her body.
Alana has been teaching movement for over 20 years to all ages & levels. She has led workshops in Yoga & Fitness all over the world and is certified in 20 different formats & modalities. Since 2006 she has been teaching Yoga & Fitness as her full time career in Boston, Los Angeles & San Francisco. In her spare time, she plays violin in a band & she performs partner acrobatics & AcroYoga all over the world. Her joy is sharing her passion for mind-body awareness with others & helping to make the world a better place one deep breath at a time.
