365 Days of Wellness
Integrative Health Coaching is a client-centered process that facilitates and empowers you to achieve your self determined goals.
Together, you and your coach:
- Set long and short term goals
- Create action plans
- Monitor progress in attaining goals
- Develop strategies to utilize your strengths most effectively
- Maximize your potential to achieve desired outcomes
Coaching is focused on making lifestyle changes in the present and goal setting for the future. When there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, you can benefit from the support of a health coach.
Coaches help their clients explore and come up with the best choices for them based on where they are and the client's vision for their future.
Clinical studies demonstrate that hypnosis produces positive effects across many areas including: improving immune function, relaxation, decreasing stress, easing pain and feelings of anxiety, and improving performance.
During hypnosis, your body relaxes and your thoughts become more focused. Hypnosis lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and changes certain types of brain wave activity. In this relaxed state, you will feel at ease physically yet fully awake mentally and will be highly responsive to suggestions you co-create with your hypnotherapist.
We teach the client the basics of self hypnosis and give them a recording of our session to use at home to reinforce the work done during the session. Hypnotherapy can be used for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, weight loss, addiction, pain and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
